Have Faith In Your Faith

Your faith walk had to have a beginning. So, how did your walk of faith begin? Was it a quiet draw or an insatiable drive to search and find the One your soul longs for? However, your journey began. It started with a need and that need was activated by faith. Faith that we were made for more and could experience more. That there is something to be found and worth the effort of finding. We are relational beings. God did not design us to live without the companionship of others and without the companionship of a divine father. We can ignore the void of not having our spiritual needs tended to. One can regulate this innate need and live a life never having experienced it. But if you are a soul that is seeking and willing to embrace it, you will need your faith to propel you forward. Once you have taken the leap of faith, it is upon faith that you continuously rely. Trusting in yourself in that you have chosen wisely to have faith in your need for faith. That by having faith to seek God

Why Journal?

As Christians we live a full life and so much of our life is lived outside of the church.  It is outside of the church we  apply the lessons we gained from inside of our church services, bible studies, and christian living seminars.  Outside of the church is also  where we actively demonstrate our commitment to living and serving the Lord by living righteously and uprightly in all settings and with all people.
We as Christians are learning daily how to live with integrity and grace adhering to the principles and expectations God has set before us. Outside of the church is where we continuously build and rely upon the relationship we are forging with God.  We depend upon and seek His counsel to help us  live out our lives according to His divine will. So much happens to us, for us, and through us during our time away from church that impacts us both spiritually and emotionally. It is important to have a way to process our journey of living for Christ and to process our feelings and experiences with God as he continues to shape us and mold us into becoming who He desires us to be.
Journaling provides the way to intimately converse with God. It provides the sacred space to tell your story your way, detailing what you feel, what you encounter, how you hurt, how you hope, and how you have overcome obstacles; while detailing how God meets you on the pages and intimately gives of himself to encourage and strengthen you as only He can. Journaling is a way to process the lessons learned and the challenges yet to conquer. It provides a place to record the unique story of your life by chronicling all that you have experienced and endured while staying a committed servant of the Lord.
Your story as an ambassador of Christ builds relationships, builds strength, builds confidence, and it requires  the emotional release needed to speak your heart with the knowledge that God meets you on the pages and ministers to your soul to keep you close to Him and encouraged to press on as His precious child.
