Have Faith In Your Faith

Your faith walk had to have a beginning. So, how did your walk of faith begin? Was it a quiet draw or an insatiable drive to search and find the One your soul longs for? However, your journey began. It started with a need and that need was activated by faith. Faith that we were made for more and could experience more. That there is something to be found and worth the effort of finding. We are relational beings. God did not design us to live without the companionship of others and without the companionship of a divine father. We can ignore the void of not having our spiritual needs tended to. One can regulate this innate need and live a life never having experienced it. But if you are a soul that is seeking and willing to embrace it, you will need your faith to propel you forward. Once you have taken the leap of faith, it is upon faith that you continuously rely. Trusting in yourself in that you have chosen wisely to have faith in your need for faith. That by having faith to seek God

Seek The Great Physician

Pain can be debilitating.  It can be all consuming. It can keep us vulnerable and desperate for relief and understanding.  And many times while we are hurting we are not seeking out a lesson to be learned, instead we seek comfort, we seek an end to our suffering.
So what do we do when were hurting so bad we cant see clearly? What do we do when we feel our cries are not heard?  What do we do when we experience an unexpected loss, or a sudden change in our circumstance, a debilitating health diagnosis, or we simply are grieving the unfulfillment of a desire that does not appear to not be in God’s will for us?
We must challenge ourselves to express our feelings and release it to God knowing that leaning to our own understanding keeps us broken and unable to heal.  We seek the great physician, our Lord and Savior, our healer, and our redeemer to give us clarity in the midst of our pain in order to restore us and to make us whole.  If we truly believe that in our weakness He makes us stronger, then we must seek Him diligently for the answers and the comfort we seek.
